About Mozes Vogel, his wife Sara Bril and their six children.

Mozes Vogel, son of Isaäc Vogel and Trijntje Lubig, was born in Amsterdam on 13 June 1891 and earned his living as a vendor of flowers. He married Sara Bril on 14 August 1913, a 20-year old daughter of Jacob Bril and Gesina Mol, who was born in Amsterdam too on 11 February 1893.

Auschwitz "Entry lists" 17-7-1942, Häftl.Nr. 48403-48459

In het Arolsen archief staat deze lijst met daarop op 17 juli 1942 57 ingeschrevene mannelijke gevangenen van Auschwitz.

Op 17 juli 1942 kwamen er twee transporten uit Nederland aan in Auschwitz, 1 rechtstreeks vanuit Westerbork en 1 van kamp Amersfoort via Westerbork. De mannen die uit deze transporten voor de "arbeid" werden geselecteerd kregen de nummers 47088-47687 en 47843-48493.
