Simon en Sophia Benninga Zadoks woonden niet op Molenstraat 8a (ons huis momenteel), maar op Molenstraat 25 naast hun moeder/oma die op nr 27 woonde. Dit blijkt uit de beschrijving die Noach Benninga geeft in het boek van C. van der Berg: De Joodse Gemeenschappen in  Noordwest-Groningen.

Zij woonden niet op Molenstraat nr 6, maar naast hun moeder/oma Kaatje Molenstraat 27. (bron: artikel De Benninga's van Noach Benninga in het boek van C.A. van der Berg). Wij wonen sinds 22 jaar op nr Molenstraat 8. Tot 1986 nr 8 en 8a, daarvóór Eenrum A 124. .
