About Selma Broekman-Nathan

Selma Nathan was married to Aron Broekman. The couple had two children: Elias Paul and Max Ernst. Aron Broekman owned a leatherware business (coats and boots) in de Wielakkerstraat in Arnhem. Selma Broekman-Nathan took her own life in September 1942 after her husband and her son Elias Paul were transported to Amersfoort and then deported to Mauthausen.
