Alexander Jozef Stibbe and his family

Alexander Jozef Stibbe was married to Martha Löwenstein. The couple lived on the corner of Stationsweg and Zuideinde in Meppel. In the light of Alexander's poor health, the couple was provisionally allowed to remain in Meppel. In September 1943, they were ordered to go to Westerbork after all.
