Naatje Jacobs trouwde op 25 maart 1903 te Amsterdam met Salomon Vrachtdoender (1879-1918). Na zijn overlijden trouwde Naatje met Joseph Polak (1879-1943) op 21 mei 1921 te Amsterdam.
