Margaretha Hornman-Marx

Joseph Hornman was the eldest of the two sons of Simon Hornman and Sara Davidson. His parents married in Rotterdam on 8 June 1892 and two years later, on 24 Februray 1894 Joseph was born there as the first child, named after his grandfather. A few years later, Simon had a brother, Jacob, who was born 2 April 1902 in Rotterdam.

Margretha Marx was een dochter van Maurits Bernard Marx en Clara Hartogs.

Margaretha Marx was a daughter of Maurits Bernard Marx and Clara Hartogs. She married Joseph Hornman in 1922 in Rotterdam. She died of cancer. After her death her only son went to live with his uncle and aunt, Jacob Hornman and Kaatje Frank. He survived the war.
