My father was born in Vienna. His mother brought three children to the USA (my father was two years old)… The father (George Richter), a photographer, remained in Berlin…remarried, died of natural causes in 1933.
All, but a few on my mother’s side (father-Oberstein, mother-van Daelen) survived the war…
