Manuel Mok was the son of Aäron Mok and Louise Kleerekoper. On 29 July 1942 he married Sara Levisson.

Manuel en zijn vrouw Sara Levisson komen op 29-9-1943 aan in Westerbork (in woonbarak 68). Op 8-2-1944 worden ze op transport gesteld. Sara wordt direct bij aankomst vermoord. Manuel, die volgens zijn kaart langdurig verpleegd werd in Zonnestraal komt ergens in Midden Europa om op 30-6-1944.
