Leo Pollack's daughter and son in law

Leo Pollack also had a daughter, Zerline Else Pollack (born Frankfurt am Main February 22, 1910; died NY May 23, 1981). Her husband, Paul Jakubowski (born Selestadt, France May 30, 1904; died NY April 13, 1983) also worked at Delicia. Else and Paul fled Amsterdam for New York in 1940. They settled in New York and were instrumental at the Bakery Éclair in New York City. They had one daughter, Yvonne (born New York May 30, 1944) who has four children and six grandchildren. The writer of this post is one of Leo Pollack's great-grandchildren.
