Flatow representing VdBergh

On February 26 1934, 'Dr. Flatow' represented George vd Bergh in a meeting of the Joodsch Vluchtelingen Comite (Jewish Refugee Committee) with attorney Benno Stokvis and a mr. Jacobson to discuss what could be done for Hans Goldstein (german & jewish), who was extradited to Germany that same day.

Dr. Kurt Yonah Mendelsohn war mit Dr. Flatow deutscher Vertreter im vorläufigen Komite zur Gründung einer Bildungskolonie für jüdischen Emigranten, anschließend 1934-1938 Verwaltungsratsmitglieder (Mendelsohn auch Schriftleiter) Werkdorp Nieuwesluis. Flatow und er sollen in der Anfangsphase einen entscheidenden Einfluß auf die Wahl des Personals gehabt haben.
