Werner Rudolf Breslauer was a photographer and lithographer. He owned a business with his brother. Werner Rudolf Breslauer was married to Bella Weihsmann. They had three children: Stefan, Max Michael and a child that survived the war. The family originally lived in Leipzig but fled to the Netherlands in 1938. They settled in Leiden, where Werner Rudolf Breslauer worked for a printer.
