Rosetta de Haas was a daughter of Salomon de Haas and Elsje Eijl. She married 14 September 1932 in Rotterdam to Izak Bamberg, a son of Elsje Bamberg. The couple had two children.
Rosetta was born in a family with nine children, of whom two children have survived the war. Her sisters Hendrika and Annie and her brothers Mozes, Hermanus, Henri en Louis have been killed all during the Holocaust.
