Susanna Polak was het 4^e kind van Mozes Polak en Mietje Visser. Ze is geboren toen haar ouders nog aan de Valkenburgerstraat 213 woonden. Op 9 maart 1929 vertrok zij als 27-jarige vanuit de Lepelkruisstraat 7 in Amsterdam naar Antwerpen, waar zij verbleef aan de Herenthalsebaan 72 in het stadsdistrict Deurne. Very little is known about this transport. There are no repatriates, while in the administration of Auschwitz not even matricule numbers could be indicated, of which it could be established with certainty that they belonged to deportees with this transport.

Dates of death are also not known with certainty. That a selection for employment nevertheless too…
