Maurice Zegerius

Maurice Zegerius was a son from the 2nd marriage of Hartog Zegerius to Rachel Dupont. He was a tailor and has been killed, in Mauthausen, 21 years old.

From the 1st marriage of his father, eight children have been born, of whom four of them have died in childhood. Three half-sisters have survived the Holocaust and one half-sister, Margaretha, has been killed in Sobibor.

Op zijn dertiende jaar werd Maurice Zegerius bar mitswa. Ter aankondiging van dat heuglijke feit plaatsten zijn ouders een week voor die datum een advertentie in het NIW, waarin ze aankondigden dat er zowel op zaterdag- als op zondagmiddag  een receptie zou worden gehouden. NIW 28.10.1932
