About Theodora Löb

Theodora (Door) Löb came from a devout Catholic family that did not deny its Jewish roots. Her parents were Ludwig Löb and Jansje van Gelder. Like five of her siblings, she entered a cloister. In 1929, she entered the Trappist abbey of Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix in Belgium and took the name of Sister Maria-Theresia.
