About Manus Minco

Manus Minco (also spelled Menco and Menko) was married to Sibille Hedeman from Ootmarsum. They had five children, including Carel Hyman and Maurits.
In 1885 Manus Minco opened a thriving textile business for ladies' and menswear on the Denekampstraat on Ootmarsum, where he lived with his family. In 1896 the family moved to the Marktstraat, into the white building known as the Cremerhuis. In the p…
